I believe that a company's success depends on its people and use my clinical experience to impact change within business systems. I offer consultation services to companies looking to focus on supporting positive change within work environments, identifying key areas of need and plans to improve them, increase diversity, equity, and inclusion at all levels, and identify the strengths and goals of a company, its mission, and its people. Much like in my psychotherapy work with individuals, I use a strengths and compassion based approach to view a business through the lens of how each person is a contributing part of a whole and to help businesses successfully achieve the positive changes they are looking for.
